Ken is a Project Manager at Omis, responsible for keeping engagements on track from kickoff through launch. He owns timelines, coordinates between design and development, and makes sure clients always know where their project stands and what is needed from them next.

Most web projects do not go wrong because of the design or the code. They go wrong because scope was never clear, feedback sat in an inbox for a week, or nobody flagged a delay until it was too late to absorb. Ken’s job is to make sure none of that happens.

Day to day, he turns incoming client requests into tracked tasks, holds the team to committed dates, runs the check-ins that keep momentum up, and surfaces problems early enough that they stay small. He is a large part of why a two-week build actually takes two weeks.

For clients, that means fewer status-check emails, no guessing about what happens next, and a project that moves at a predictable pace from the first call through to launch day.
