Omis is a Dallas-based web design and branding agency building websites for clients across the US on WordPress, Framer, Webflow, and Shopify. Our project pipeline is growing, and we are adding strong freelance designers and developers to our team.

The Role

We are hiring a freelance Figma Web Designer to create polished marketing websites for Omis clients. You’ll take briefs, brand direction, and content structure and turn them into clean, responsive web designs that are ready for development.

What You’ll Do

• Design marketing websites in Figma from brief to final handoff.

• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Build and extend design systems, components, and style guides.

• Present concepts, take feedback, and iterate quickly.

• Prepare clean, organized, developer-ready files for handoff.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years designing websites, ideally with agency or top product-company experience.

• A portfolio with live marketing websites you designed.

• Expert Figma skills across auto layout, components, variants, and variables.

• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, UX, and conversion instincts.

• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up your workflow.

• Clear written and spoken English.

How We Work

Paid hourly, with projects assigned and coordinated by our project manager. Day-to-day communication happens in Slack. We start with a small paid trial project, then move into ongoing work.
