Omis Digital is a web design and development agency based in Dallas, Texas. We design, build, and maintain websites on Framer, Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify for businesses across the United States.

The Role

You keep our website projects moving from signed contract to launch. You will be the main point of contact for clients during the build, coordinate our designers, developers, and copywriters, and make sure every project launches on time, on budget, and to our quality standard.

What You’ll Do

• Kick off new projects by gathering content, logins, and goals from clients.

• Build and manage project timelines and task boards.

• Run client check-ins and send clear weekly status updates.

• Coordinate designers, developers, and copywriters, and clear blockers fast.

• Manage feedback rounds and keep projects within scope.

• Run launch checklists and quality checks before sites go live.

• Hand launched sites off to our Website Care team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in project management, account management, or client services, ideally at an agency.

• Experience managing web, creative, or digital marketing projects.

• Fluent, confident English in writing and on video calls with US clients.

• Highly organized and comfortable in project tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.

• Available for check-ins during US Central business hours.

• Bonus: familiarity with Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify.

Growth Path

This role starts as freelance, but we are hiring for the long term. Strong project managers can move into a full-time position with more hours, expanded responsibility, and the chance to help lead our delivery team as it scales.
