Omis is a Dallas-based web design and branding agency. Our sales team sends prospects to check out our socials every single day, and this role helps make those channels feel active, credible, and expert the moment someone looks us up.

The Role

This is not about going viral. We care about social proof and authority, not view counts. If a video quietly makes a potential client trust us more, it did its job. We are looking for one to three creators to grow with us long-term as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Learn our business well enough to speak about it naturally.

• Take our scripts and make them sound like you while flagging anything that should change.

• Film short-form video, roughly 20 to 60 seconds, for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Deliver clean, ready-to-post footage on a steady cadence.

The Setup

• Fully remote. Nothing needs to be filmed in Dallas.

• Start at 3 videos per week, scaling toward about one per day across platforms with repurposing.

• We provide scripts, B-roll, client interviews, and case-study assets.

• You’ll get each script in advance to review and adjust before filming.

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent, natural English on camera.

• Personable and likeable, the kind of person people trust.

• Access to a current smartphone and a quality camera.

• Business-minded, coachable, and easy to work with.

• Interested in growing with the firm long-term.
