About Omis

Omis is a Dallas-based web design and branding agency building websites for clients across the US on WordPress, Framer, Webflow, and Shopify. Our project pipeline is growing, and we are adding strong freelance developers to our team.

The Role

We are hiring a freelance WordPress Elementor Developer to turn approved designs into polished, responsive websites. You’ll work from Figma files, build carefully in Elementor Pro, and QA every page before launch.

What You’ll Do

• Build pixel-accurate, fully responsive websites in WordPress and Elementor Pro from Figma designs.

• Set up theme builder templates, global styles, dynamic content, and forms.

• Optimize for speed, basic on-page SEO, and accessibility.

• QA every build across browsers and devices before launch.

• Handle updates, fixes, and improvements on existing client sites.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building websites with WordPress and Elementor.

• A portfolio with live sites you built.

• Strong with Elementor Pro, custom CSS, ACF, and custom post types.

• Experience with hosting, migrations, plugins, caching, and image optimization.

• Very detail-oriented: your builds match the design exactly.

How We Work

Paid hourly, with projects assigned and coordinated by our project manager. Day-to-day communication happens in Slack. We start with a small paid trial project, then move into ongoing work.
